Ingredients

  • 400g of Tofu Extra Sojabio (Plain)

  • 1 red pepper

  • 2 onions

  • 100g cashew nuts

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • For the marinade
  • 2 tbsp salted soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Preparation of the marinade
  • In a salad bowl, dilute the cornstarch with the soy sauces (sweet and salty), add 1 tbsp of olive oil, salt and pepper, mix well.
  • Couper le Tofu Nature en dés et les ajouter au mélange. Laisser mariner 30 minutes.
  • Preparation and cooking
  • Cut the onions and pepper into cubes.
  • In a frying pan, heat 3 tbsp of olive oil, add the marinated tofu cubes. Cook over high heat for 2 minutes, stirring, then remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add the onions and cook them over high heat for 3 minutes, then set them aside as well.
  • Add the peppers and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the cashew nut, adding 1 tbsp of oil if necessary.
  • Return all ingredients to the same pan for 2 minutes to mix flavors.
  • Servir avec du riz et de la coriandre fraîche hachée.
