2 large ripe tomatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp cane sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp cloves
½ tsp ground pepper
1 tbsp orange blossom water
A few parsley leaves and raw almonds
1 baguette sliced
Instructions
- In a saucepan over low heat, place the chopped tomatoes with the oil, salt and spices.
- Cover and let the tomatoes cook until reduced.
- Add the sugar and stir until you get a jam texture.
- Add the orange blossom water and set aside. Let cool.
- Cut the From’James into pieces.
- On each slice of bread, place a spoonful of jam, some From James and some jam, a small sprig of parsley and finish with crushed almonds.
