2 packs of Okara Tempeh
1 Tartine & moi Garlic & Herbs
1 cucumber
1 red onion
2 burger buns
1 young shoot salad
A few sprouted seeds
1 grilled pepper
1 tomato
1 chopped garlic
½ tsp cumin
¼ tsp harissa
Instructions
- In an oiled pan, cook the diced tomato with salt for 3 minutes.
- Add the diced grilled pepper, garlic, cumin and harissa and cook for 2 more minutes. Then let cool.
- Cook the Tempeh in a pan on both sides. Using a disk, cut into circles.
- Take each bread, spread the Tartine & moi, add the salad, cucumber, Tempeh, pepper salad, onion and sprouted seeds.
