400g of Tofu Extra Sojabio (Plain)
1 red pepper
2 onions
100g cashew nuts
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
3 tbsp olive oil
- For the marinade
2 tbsp salted soy sauce
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preparation of the marinade
- In a salad bowl, dilute the cornstarch with the soy sauces (sweet and salty), add 1 tbsp of olive oil, salt and pepper, mix well.
- Couper le Tofu Nature en dés et les ajouter au mélange. Laisser mariner 30 minutes.
- Preparation and cooking
- Cut the onions and pepper into cubes.
- In a frying pan, heat 3 tbsp of olive oil, add the marinated tofu cubes. Cook over high heat for 2 minutes, stirring, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the onions and cook them over high heat for 3 minutes, then set them aside as well.
- Add the peppers and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the cashew nut, adding 1 tbsp of oil if necessary.
- Return all ingredients to the same pan for 2 minutes to mix flavors.
- Servir avec du riz et de la coriandre fraîche hachée.
