MARINATED WITH TAMARI

Our lactofermented tofu is tasty, it offers a texture very close to that of feta. Marinated in tamari, this traditional soy sauce from Japan, it is unanimous among gourmets!

It can be used as a cheese, in salads, pan-fried in olive oil, with pasta or in sandwiches.

Filtered water, dehulled soybeans* 40%, selected ferment, tamari* 9.1% (water, soy*, salt, alcohol*).
