Our lactofermented tofu Sojami is tasty, it offers a texture very close to that of feta. It can be used as a cheese, in salads, pan-fried in olive oil, with pasta or in sandwiches.

Its slightly tangy flavor is perfect to accompany olives, cooked onions, fleur de sel and many other flavors !
