WILD GARLIC

Our lactofermented tofu is tasty, it offers a texture very close to that of feta. Here it is mixed with wild garlic, resulting in a delicate flavor with a sweet and pleasantly spicy note at the same time.

It can be used as a cheese, in salads, pan-fried in olive oil, with pasta or in sandwiches.
